Group Memberships

In this era of climate change, conservation alone is not enough. Join the leading international organization working on the science, practice, and policy of ecological restoration.

Why should my institution purchase a group membership?

Group memberships are an ideal way for businesses, organizations, government agencies, and academic departments to involve 5-20 staff in SER. Your organization gains exposure within the expanding field of ecological restoration, gives your employees access to all SER member benefits, and helps increase SER's impact in building momentum and investment in the restoration field, which, in turn, helps you build your business!

How do we sign up?

Groups can join online, and you may submit your payment online or by check, or via wire transfer. Contact membership@ser.org for SER's bank information.

The person who creates your group's account will be the account "owner" and will be responsible for renewing the membership and adding or removing members on the SER platform. In order to access benefits, each employee will be asked to create their own SER profile under the group account using your unique invitation link. SER staff is available to assist you with account set-up and management upon request. Simply contact membership@ser.org.

If you encounter any issues with completing the online membership application, please email SER's membership team at membership@ser.org for assistance.

*The Society embraces the principle that ecological restoration is an engaging and inclusive process that succeeds with full participation of all sectors of society wherever it is implemented across the world. Membership rates acknowledge that everyone does not have the same ability to pay. To reduce the cost barrier of SER membership for institutions with limited revenue, we offer a reduced organizational membership rate option. The Organizational Equity rate is explicitly intended for groups who could not otherwise afford to become a member of SER at the standard organizational rate and this opportunity is provided on the honor system.
