Those who are members of the Midwest-Great Lakes (MWGL) SER Chapter will receive discounted registration prices.  One does not have to be a Chapter member to participate in the Chapter meeting.  However, if you are not a Chapter member we encourage you to join now to receive the discounted registration prices that only Chapter members receive.  To join the Chapter please visit the following webpage - http://www.ser.org/membership.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS

We encourage everyone to register early to receive discounted Early Registration prices and the deadline for receiving these rates is May 8, 2024.  Those who register from May 9 to May 18, 2024 will receive Late Registration prices. There will not be an option to register onsite at Purdue University Northwest, but online registration will still be available.  Additionally, we encourage everyone to register by May 9 because we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide late registrants with tickets for lunch and the sponsorship reception on Friday May 17 and continental breakfast and boxed lunch on Saturday May 18,

We are offering the choice of two basic types of registration:  

One day Registration:  those who select this option will have access to in-person sessions on either Friday May 17 or Saturday May 18 at Purdue University Northwest, and to the offsite field trips on Sunday May 19.  Prices range $40 to $225 depending on if one registers before May 8, if one is a student, and/or if one is a member of the SER MWGL Chapter.  Registration costs cover the costs of the provided meals and any refreshments served during breaks for a given day.    

Two day Registration:  those who select this option will have access to all in-person sessions scheduled for May 17 and May 18, 2024 at Purdue University Northwest, and to the offsite field trips on May 19, 2024.  Prices range $80 to $450 depending on if one registers one registers before May 8, if one is a student, and/or if one is a member of the SER MWGL Chapter.  Registration costs cover the costs of the lunch on Friday, snacks and drinks at Friday’s sponsorship reception and poster session, continental breakfast and boxed lunch on Saturday May 18, and any refreshments served during breaks on Friday May 17 and Saturday May 18.

The registration process consists of three steps:

NOTE:  In order for MWGL SER Chapter members to obtain the discounted membership prices they must first login using their SER user name and password and then proceed with registration. Non-members may simply select "continue as guest" to start the login process.  

Step 1 is to complete the Attendee Information page where we are collecting your contact information, what events that you will participate in, and your confirmation that you are aware of our meeting policies. 

Step 2 consists of completing the Attendee Selection page where you will indicate which registration ticket you wish to purchase and to RSVP on which events you will participate in.  Descriptions of each of the sessions listed within the Attendee Selection page are available within this page so be sure to click on each day to view the scheduled sessions and the details associated with each session.  Additionally, below is a description of the eight available registration ticket types listed in the Attendee Selection page and the prices for each are listed here:

- 1 day regular registration - this option is for non-student SER MWGL Chapter members and non-members for attendance on either Friday May 17 or Saturday May 18.  Purchase of this ticket also confers free registration for the offsite field trips on Sunday May 19. 

- 1 day student registration - this option is for student SER MWGL Chapter members and student non-members for attendance on either Friday May 17 or Saturday May 18.  Purchase of this ticket also confers free registration for the offsite field trips on Sunday May 19. 

- 1 day sponsor complimentary registration - this option is for eligible sponsors (Prairie Trillium and above) on either Friday May 17 or Saturday May 18.  Purchase of this ticket also confers free registration for the offsite field trips on Sunday May 19. 

- 1 day sponsor discounted registration - this option is for eligible sponsors (Bloodroot and above) on either Friday May 17 or Saturday May 18.  Purchase of this ticket also confers free registration for the offsite field trips on Sunday May 19. 

- 2 day regular registration - this option is for non-student SER MWGL Chapter members and non-members for attendance on Friday May 17 and Saturday May 18.  Purchase of this ticket also confers free registration for the offsite field trips on Sunday May 19. 

- 2 day student registration - this option is for student SER MWGL Chapter members and for student non-members for attendance on Friday May 17 and Saturday May 18.  Purchase of this ticket also confers free registration for the offsite field trips on Sunday May 19. 

- 2 day sponsor complimentary registration - for eligible sponsors (Prairie Trillium and above) on Friday May 17 and Saturday May 18.  Purchase of this ticket also confers free registration for the offsite field trips on Sunday May 19.
