Brittney Clements, co-founder of Carbon Culture Mushrooms, will discuss the soil carbon sponge and regenerative land management practices as a solution to ecological restoration. This talk will offer viable solutions for the most pressing issues we face globally through the lens of regenerative earth stewardship. Brittney aims to offer a platform of hope, action and participation while inspiring individuals to become advocates for the soil.

Speaker bio: Brittney Clements is a nutrition therapist, yoga/movement teacher, integrative brain-wellness coach, self-taught mycologist, farmer, entrepreneur, and dreamer. Her passion and mission intersect at the spaces in between as she finds continuity throughout her many fields of work. She co-founded Carbon Culture Mushrooms in 2019 with the mission of connecting people back to themselves, back to each other, and back to the earth through high quality local food/food security, education, and regenerative land practices. Brittney believes in an open-sourced, give back model where we give back more than we take. May we act in such ways of knowing the consequence, and in a way which honors all of the biosphere and supports the continuation of life through regenerative approaches to ecological restoration.
