Chapter Organization

Mission and Vision

Click here to read SERNW mission and vision.

Executive Board

The Executive Board of SERNW is comprised of the President, Past President, Executive Vice President, Program Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Publications Editor.   Executive Board members serve two-year terms, with elections staggered so only half of the Executive Board can change every election.  The Executive Board meets quarterly.  Click here for a list Executive Board members and their contact information.

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of SERNW is comprised of the Executive Board and 5 Directors at Large.  The Board of Directors meets at least four times a year.

Working Groups

SERNW Working Groups fulfill the chapter's mission within the regional restoration community by bringing together people with a common interest in a particular restoration topic.  Working Groups organize events, sponsor publications, and provide opportunities for networking.  Individuals do not need to be SERNW members to join a SERNW Working Group.  Currently there are no active working groups.  If you are interested in starting a group or for more information about existing and proposed Working Groups send us an e-mail.

Chapter Bylaws

A copy of SERNW's bylaws can be found here.  If you require a different file format, please send us an e-mail
