March 2007 Bylaws
At our January Quarterly Board Meeting, the SERNW Board voted 8 to 1 to amend the Bylaws. The proposed amendments require approval through a General Membership vote. For more detail regarding amendments, please review the letter from SERNW President (5 KB) and the draft of the bylaws for the 2007 vote (260 KB).
Results: Bylaw amendments were approved by a General Membership Vote in February 2007 and take effect March 1, 2007
2006 Vote
