SER Comments on Draft Policy on Interpretation of Phrases in Definitions from the US Endangered Species Act

On March 8, 2012, SER submitted public comments to the United States Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) and the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) on their draft policy on the interpretation of key definitions in the Endangered Species Act.
