Tamarisk Coalition's 12th Annual Conference, Riparian Restoration in the Western U.S., will focus on riparian systems impacted by invasive plants (e.g., tamarisk, Russian olive). The conference will be held at Colorado Mesa University February 18 & 19, 2014, with an additional half day of field trips and/or workshops on February 20th, 2014. Land and resource managers, private land owners, researchers, students, and others will convene in a collaborative venue to learn about and discuss the latest trends in riparian restoration and ecology. Building off feedback from last year's conference, the upcoming conference will consist of a combined management and research focus. Our partners are The Water Center at Colorado Mesa University and Colorado State University Extension.
