Details/Description

THURSDAYS 9AM-NOON, rain or shine!

Restoration Rangers help MNP achieve their mission of land restoration, by improving the health of the various habitats throughout the 438 acre Preserve. As a Restoration Ranger you will be involved in the following restoration efforts:

Help to remove invasive species that disrupt our native landscape.

Plant and maintain native trees, plants and wildflowers that restore the land to the forests, wetlands and prairie it once was.

Participate in wildlife monitoring and research.
Connect with the environment. Join others who share a passion for nature preservation.

Become a critical part of helping us to create a local legacy—restoring the land and preserving the habitat forever!

No experience required! Learn new restoration techniques or share what works for you! Please come dressed to work outside! You can make a difference as a volunteer and help us to achieve our mission. While our journey to restore this natural area to pre-settlement conditions will take another 100 years to realize, a place of unique beauty exists now.
